Our main focus is to acquire older and distressed properties in Washington, DC, and transform them into modern and beautiful homes for new residents.

We also have an important social mission:
We strive to assist the homeless population in our city. We pledge to donate 10% of our annual profits to help those experiencing homelessness in Washington DC, by donating to charities that assist them, and helping some selected individuals directly.
